SEDI (System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders)
The Canadian regulatory system where insiders of TSX/TSXV-listed companies report their securities transactions.
SEDI is the public database for insider transaction filings of Canadian-listed issuers. Insiders — directors, officers, 10%+ shareholders — must file within 5 business days of a trade. Filings include security, transaction code (acquisition, disposition, exercise, etc.), shares, price, and resulting holdings. SEDI is the canonical source for insider buying/selling on TSX and TSXV.
