Noble Metal Group Incorporated: Cariboo Placer Gold Property Recap

TSXV - TSX Venture Exchange · Graphite · Canada

(via Thenewswire.ca)

As announced in our May 17, 2010 news release the company intersected the convergence of the Paleogulch and Tertiary Placer Channels. Previous studies such as seismic refraction surveys and drilling programs indicate the channels extend for a distance of approximately 1500 meters (5000 feet).

From the exposed placer gravels the company processed 1400 cubic yards of material. This material was first run thru the primary field separation plant. From there the concentrated placer material was transported to a secondary placer gold recovery system where it was separated into fraction sizes of 0 - minus 20; minus 40; minus 60; minus 80 and minus 100 mesh. The separated material was then run over sorting tables where the gold was extracted. The recovered gold was dried and weighed. Out of 1400 cubic yards processed 83 ounces of raw gold was recovered for a value of $47.42 per cubic yard at a gold price of $800.00 per ounce.

The gold in picture #1 is a mixture of 0 to minus 40 mesh weighing 42.96 ounces of raw gold. This gold was then processed and smelted into a gold bar as shown in picture #2. The smelted gold assayed 88.860 percent in purity.

A composite gold sample of minus 40 to minus 80 mesh assayed 91 percent in purity consistent with previous tests carried out. Historically, the Keithley Creek gold camp is known for its occurrence of high purity placer gold.

The company was granted a three year work permit to December 31, 2013.
