Montreal, Quebec, May 24, 2011 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSXV:GER) (OOTC:GERFF) (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER)("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") reports that is has received 750,000 shares from Key Gold as a first payment for the Souart gold property being optioned to Key Gold.
On another matter, the Company has issued 200,000 stock options to Windemere Capital exercisable at $0.31 cents and valid for two years. In counterpart, Windemere Capital will act as a Strategic Adviser to the Company.
