FINAL DRILLING RESULTS

Montreal, Quebec, May 10, 2011 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSXV:GER) (OOTC:GERFF) (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER)("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") reports the final results of the 4000m winter drilling program on the Authier Lithium project located near Val d'Or, Quebec.
The company is pleased with the latest results as several drill holes extended the pegmatite target for another 150 meters to the west with intercepts above the 0.80% Li2O cut-off grade used for resource calculations. Lower grade intercepts of Li2O were also found in additional drill holes in this area of the property in keeping with the pinch and swell pattern of the pegmatite noted throughout the deposit. Holes AL-11-13 and 14 drilled some 500 m north of the main pegmatite encountered a parallel pegmatite body 4 to 6 m wide containing traces of spodumene. The company will be assessing all the results to plan another drilling program later this year, as the exploration of the 2 kilometer zone to the north has only been started.

About the method of analysis:
The samples were prepared at the company's facility under the supervision of the field geologist by sawing the NQ core in two halves. One half of the core was bagged, tagged and sealed and delivered to AGAT Laboratories in Sudbury, ON for sample preparation and then forwarded to AGAT Laboratories main laboratory in Mississauga, ON for analysis. The other half of the core is kept for record. The samples were analyzed for Lithium using AGAT Laboratories' peroxide fusion method (AGAT Analysis Code 201079) and ICP-OES analysis which consists of a specialized fusion technique and an assay range of 0.01 to 25% Li. AGAT Laboratories' Mining Division is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and CAN-P-1579 by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). AGAT Laboratories internal quality control procedures include the regular analysis of replicate samples, reference materials and reference blanks.
The company has also implemented its own QC/QA program for quality control. The company is using two analytical standards, a high and a low standard, duplicates and blanks. One standard and one blank sample are inserted for every 20 samples and a duplicate for every 20 samples will be sent to a second accredited laboratory for analysis.
Gilles Laverdière, P.Geo., a qualified person according to the NI 43-101 disclosure standards, is supervising the drilling program and has reviewed and approved the technical content presented herein.
