Canadian Gold Corp (TSXV:CGC)
Canadian Gold Corp. (TSXV: CGC, Frankfurt: 8S8, OTCQB: STRRF) is a Canadian-based junior mining company focused on exploration and development of high-grade gold assets. The company operates primarily in Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec, with its flagship project being the Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project near Flin Flon, Manitoba—a past-producing underground mine with existing infrastructure and high exploration potential. Canadian Gold also holds 100% interests in greenfield projects: Hammond Reef South (ON) and Malartic South (QC), located adjacent to major gold mines and development projects such as Agnico Eagle's Hammond Reef and the Canadian Malartic Mine. As of late 2025, Canadian Gold has entered a binding agreement to be acquired by McEwen Inc., and, upon completion, will become a wholly owned subsidiary, providing expanded access to capital and technical expertise.
