The Osisko Gaspe comp gets thrown around a lot, but thats a past producer with roads and power already there. Berg carries more build risk so some discount is fair. Just not this much.

The Berg PFS puts it at 4.6B after tax NPV8. For a name this size thats the kind of number that either gets it bought out or ignored for two years. Copper devs dont get much love.
