CALGARY, Dec. 21 /CNW/ - Blackpool Exploration Ltd. (BPX.A - TSX Venture Exchange) announces that Kevin Murphy has joined the company as Vice- President, Land. Mr. Murphy is a professional landman and a graduate of the University of Calgary. He has 16 years of experience in the Canadian oil industry with extensive expertise in contracts, negotiations, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Murphy commenced his employment with Blackpool on December 1, 2005.
