Virgin Metals is a junior exploration and development company focused on copper, molybdenum, tungsten, and silver projects in Mexico and the USA.
Virgin Metals Inc. has announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement of $1,095,000 through an unsecured convertible debenture. The Company will use part of the net proceeds to finalize the acquisition of the Potreritos property in Sonora. Potreritos is close to Los Verdes, and the mineralogy of the deposits is similar to that of Los Verdes. The Company plans to include the additional resources from Potreritos in the prefeasibility study (PFS) to be released on January 10, 2012.
