(the "Corporation") is pleased to report that at the January 20, 2012 Annual General Meeting of shareholders Allan Burton, Darren Blaney, Kirk Harline, and Darcy Heggie were re-elected as Directors of the Corporation with over 97% approval. PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP was also re-appointed as auditors of the Corporation.
