Stellar grants stock options

MONTREAL, March 1 /CNW Telbec/ - Stellar Pacific Ventures (SPX) announces that it has granted a total of 1,000,000 stock options to its directors and consultants of the company pursuant to the stock option plan. Each stock option entitles its holder to subscribe one common share of the company at a price of $0.20 for a period of five years. The vesting and holding periods of the stock options are subjects to the TSX 4.4 policy and the Company's incentive stock option plan.
Stellar Pacific Venture Inc. is a junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX-V whose primary objective is to develop and bring into production viable gold deposits.
