TSXV - TSX Venture Exchange · Silver · Gold · Copper · Lead · Zinc · Rare Earth Elements · Canada
Vancouver, British Columbia, February 9, 2012. The Smartstox Online TV Talk Show is alerting subscribers and other resource stock investors to project developments at Southern Silver Exploration Corp. (SSV.V)(SEG.FF) and to the availability of a Smartstox Interview with management at www.smartstox.com/interviews/ssv.
The small phase one drill program that took place last summer at the Cerro Las Minitas Project of Southern Silver Exploration Corp. (SSV.V)(SEG.FF) was highlighted by a 3.3 m interval averaging 818 g/t silver, 12.9% lead and 10.9% zinc.
That drilling was at the Blind Zone, the first of several buried targets identified on the property by IP geophysics. Phase two drilling that was started last fall has returned multiple mineralized intercepts in most holes, and has extended the known projection of the Blind Zone. Further drilling is testing other IP targets, as well as the areas where historic mining took place.
Southern Silver went ahead and purchased land suitable for a mill site at Cerro Las Minitas, and it has brought a highly-experienced mining engineer onboard to move the project forward. Lawrence Page, Q.C., President of Southern Silver Exploration gave us much more information on Cerro Las Minitas, and the company’s other strong projects too, in our Smartstox interview available at www.smartstox.com/interviews/ssv.
