Flin Flon, Manitoba, June 3, 2011…………Copper Reef Mining Corporation (CZC.CNSX)(the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Harry Barr to its Board of Directors. Mr. Masson, President and CEO of the Company, welcomes Mr. Barr to the Board, who has been a long- time supporter and shareholder of the Company. Mr. Barr has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, founding Freegold Ventures Limited (TSX:FVL) (OOTC:FGOVF) (retired Oct 2007), Canalaska Uranium Ltd. (TSXV:CVV) (OTCBB:CVVUF) (retired June 2007), Pacific North West Capital Corp. (TSX:PFN) (currently President and CEO), and Fire River Gold Corp. (TSXV:FAU) (currently Financial Advisor).
