TORONTO, June 11 /CNW/ - Armistice Resources Corp. (TSX: AZ) ("Armistice" or the "Corporation") announces it has signed a contract with Heath and Sherwood Drilling Inc. of Kirkland Lake, a subsidiary of Cabo Drilling Corp. (TSX-V: CBE) (Cabo) of Vancouver. This contract is for the first 10,000 feet of a significant exploration program planned for this year. Armistice President and CEO, Todd J.
