MONTREAL, Jan. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - AMEX Exploration Inc. ("Amex") (TSXV: AMX) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally accepted for filing the amendment to Amex's stock option plan increasing the number of common shares reserved for issuance under its current stock option plan from 500,000 to 1,550,000 shares.
