CALGARY, Dec. 5 /CNW/ - Result Energy Inc ('Result': TSX-V: RTE) announced today that Nabih Faris has resigned from the Board of Directors in order to devote his full attention to other business interests. Result has benefited from Mr. Faris' participation on the Board and its Committees. His oil and gas expertise and general business acumen were an asset over the past four years, during a significant period of the Company's growth. Result extends its best wishes to Mr. Faris in his ongoing business ventures.
