TORONTO, Dec. 10 /CNW/ - ("Augen Gold" or the "Company") (TSX-V: AUJ) announces that Andrew C. Burns has resigned as a Director of Augen Gold, effective immediately. The Company thanks Mr. Burns for the contributions he made and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
