Montreal, Quebec, February 22, 2012 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that drilling has just started on the Moose Lake phosphate project near Chicoutimi, Quebec. The size of the program will be determined based on the early drill results while the purpose of the program is to confirm an earlier study conducted by the Ministry of Mines which has identified the presence of phosphate (Feuilet 22E02) over an area of 2.4 km long by 300 meters wide. Part of the area can be seen on surface through an anomaly measuring approximately 1 kilometer long by 20 meters wide. Nine grab samples selected on surface, at random and along strike the anomaly have returned values between 5% and 6% P205 as previously reported in a press release dated October 18, 2011. The drill program is meant to verify if similar values can be found at depth over the same area.
