Montreal, Quebec, February 21, 2012 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Chamard as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Chamard is "Principal Director Mining" at Genivar, a major engineering firm in Canada with more than 5000 employees. Mr. Chamard has been instrumental over the last 20 years in developing from conception, construction to production several mining projects both in Quebec and abroad. He is currently Project Director ECPM (engineering, construction, procurement and management) for Canada Lithium's mining project scheduled to start production in the early 2013. Canada Lithium is strategically located 18 kilometers from Glen Eagle's Authier Lithium project near Val d'Or, Quebec.
