RED DEER, AB, July 23, 2013/CNW/ - High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (TSX: HWO) ("High Arctic" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has now finalized and signed the contract renewals with Oil Search Limited ("OSL", http://www.oilsearch.com/) for the three year extensions for its primary contracts in Papua New Guineain accordance with the Letter of Award announced on June 25, 2013. The new contracts are effective July 1, 2013for a three year term to June 30, 2016.
