Osisko Intersects 738 Metres Averaging 0.31% Cu at Gaspé MONTRÉAL, Jan. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Osisko Metals Incorporated (the "Company" or "Osisko Metals") (TSX: OM; OTCQX: OMZNF; FRANKFURT: 0B51) is pleased to announce new drill results from the Gaspé Copper Project, located in the Gaspé Peninsula of Eastern Québec. New analytical results are presented below (see Table 1), including 29 mineralized intercepts from ten new drill holes. Infill intercepts are located inside the 2024 MRE model (see November 14, 2024 news release), and are focused on upgrading inferred mineral resources to measured or indicated categories, as applicable. Expansion intercepts are located outside the 2024 MRE model and may potentially lead to additional resources that will be classified appropriately within the next MRE update. Some of the reported intercepts have contiguous shallower infill as well as deeper expansion (noted on Table 1 below as “Both”). Maps showing hole locations are available at www.osiskometals.com. Highlights: Drill hole 30-1155 738.0 metres averaging 0.31% Cu (0.41% CuEq – infill and expansion) Drill hole 30-1156 760.5 metres averaging 0.26% Cu (0.35% CuEq – infill and expansion) Drill hole 30-1154 726.0 metres averaging 0.21% Cu (0.31% CuEq – infill and expansion) Drill hole 30-1148 613.5 metres averaging 0.22% Cu (0.32% CuEq – infill and expansion) Drill hole 30-1151 484.5 metres averaging 0.27% Cu (0.41% CuEq – infill and expansion) Drill hole 30-1149 395.0 metres averaging 0.26% Cu (0.30% CuEq – infill) Drill hole 30-1150 340.5 metres averaging 0.21% Cu (0.30% CuEq – infill and expansion) Drill hole 30-1153 310.0 metres averaging 0.26% Cu (0.31% CuEq – infill) Drill hole 30-1147 228.0 metres averaging 0.26% Cu (0.31% CuEq – expansion) Table 1: Infill and Expansion Drilling Results DDH No.From (m)To (m)Length (m)Cu %Ag g/tMo %CuEq* %Type**30-114711.3174.0162.70.171.080.19InfillAnd217.5271.554.00.131.710.0110.18InfillAnd355.5601.5246.00.181.030.0130.24Both(including)355.5528.7173.20.201.080.0130.25Infill(including)528.7601.572.80.130.900.0150.19ExpansionAnd627.0687.060.00.130.780.0270.24ExpansionAnd718.5946.5228.00.261.090.0120.31Expansion30-114872.5241.5169.00.171.520.19InfillAnd345.0958.5613.50.221.480.0270.32Both(including)345.0591.8246.80.271.780.0240.37Infill(including)591.8958.5366.70.181.270.0290.30Expansion30-1149109.0504.0395.00.262.230.0080.30InfillAnd604.5654.049.50.111.260.0090.16InfillAnd735.0849.4114.40.201.270.0120.25Infill30-115076.0117.041.00.201.720.21InfillAnd163.5211.548.00.293.130.31InfillAnd241.5276.034.50.121.810.0060.15InfillAnd330.0670.5340.50.211.430.0220.30Both(including)330.0560.7230.70.161.420.0230.26Infill(including)560.7670.5109.80.311.450.0190.39ExpansionAnd737.0813.076.00.201.290.0950.57ExpansionAnd841.5916.575.00.161.470.17Expansion30-11513.0195.0192.00.271.920.29InfillAnd328.5435.0106.50.221.920.0120.27InfillAnd469.5954.0484.50.271.820.0330.41Both(including)469.5822.3352.80.271.900.0330.41Infill(including)822.3954.0131.70.251.620.0340.39Expansion30-115227.039.012.00.161.530.17ExpansionAnd77.0153.076.00.141.350.15ExpansionAnd281.5309.027.50.221.630.23Expansion30-115393.0403.0310.00.261.080.0100.31InfillAnd583.5738.0154.50.140.830.0220.22Infill30-115463.095.032.00.181.200.19InfillAnd114.0199.585.50.201.690.22InfillAnd247.5973.5726.00.211.620.0230.31Both(including)247.5694.4446.90.232.000.0220.33Infill(including)694.4973.5279.10.191.030.0230.28Expansion30-115518.0756.0738.00.311.250.0230.41Both(including)18.0628.0610.00.331.270.0230.43Infill(including)628.0756.0128.00.201.160.0250.30Expansion30-1156148.5909.0760.50.261.830.0200.35Both(including)148.5766.7618.20.261.840.0170.34Infill(including)766.7909.0142.30.261.820.0330.40Expansion * See explanatory notes below on copper equivalent values and Quality Assurance/Quality Controls.** “Both” indicates drill holes that have contiguous shallower infill as well as deeper expansion intercepts. Discussion Drill hole 30-1147, located at the base of the western flank of Copper Mountain, cut five mineralized intervals. These included 162.7 metres averaging 0.17% Cu and 1.08 g/t Ag (infill), followed by 54.0 metres averaging 0.13% Cu and 1.71 g/t Ag (infill), followed by 246.0 metres averaging 0.18% Cu, 1.03 g/t Ag and 0.013% Mo (infill and expansion). The next two intervals, both expansion holes, cut 60.0 metres averaging 0.13% Cu, 0.78 g/t Ag and 0.027% Mo followed by 228.0 metres averaging 0.26% Cu, 1.09 g/t Ag and 0.012% Mo, extending mineralization in this area to a vertical depth of 946 metres. Drill hole 30-1148, located on the western flank of Copper Mountain near the centre of the 2024 MRE model, cut two mineralized intervals including 169.0 metres averaging 0.17% Cu and 1.52 g/t Ag (infill) followed by 613.5 metres averaging 0.22% Cu, 1.48 g/t Ag and 0.027% Mo (infill and expansion), extending mineralization in this area to a vertical depth of 958 metres.
