Gemini Energy Corp. obtains court approval of the Arrangement

VANCOUVER, Nov. 30 /CNW/ - Gemini Energy Corp. ("Gemini") (TSX: GNI) and NRG Investments Inc. ("NRG") (CNQ: NRGI) announce that the British Columbia Supreme Court has granted a final order approving its plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement"). The Arrangement provides for, among other things, the acquisition by NRG of all of the outstanding securities of Gemini.
Gemini and NRG continue to work towards removing the remaining conditions to the completion of the Arrangement. The Arrangement is expected to close once all of the conditions have been waived or satisfied, at which time all of the outstanding securities of Gemini will be exchanged for either cash or common shares of NRG.
