HOUSTON, Aug. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NOV Inc. (NYSE: NOV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock, payable on September 25, 2026 to each stockholder of record on September 11, 2026.
