MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(March 16, 2012) - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") has issued 500,000 stock options to five directors and/or officers, including the new director nominated on February 21, 2012. Options are valid for five years until March 15, 2017, with a strike price at $0.25 cents, with conditions as per the approved option plan dated June 29th, 2011.
