On May 06, 2011 a Delinquent Filer Notice was issued against the company and a Cease Trade Order was issued by the BCSC. On May 10, 2011 the TSX halted trading in the company stock.
Subsequent to which all documents required to be filed with the BCSC were submitted, filed and accepted by the BCSC and all fees under the securities law were paid.
On June 08, 2011 the Cease Trade Order was Revoked by the BCSC and on June 09, 2011 the TSX Venture Exchange reinstated trading in the securities of the company.
