TORONTO, Nov. 10 /CNW/ - MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. (BMK TSX Venture Exchange) After careful internal analysis, extensive critique and comments from highly regarded VMS experts MacDonald Mines is compelled to move forward on its exploration program. The company is very concerned that the market is not reflecting its latest drill results and extensive data which collectively have outlined a number of highly probable drill targets. The company also has the added benefit of a large number of very credible kimberlite targets. These attractive assets in the company's opinion should translate into a much higher share price. Kirk McKinnon, President & CEO stated "it is our belief that MacDonald has significant drill targets that offer a high probability of success". The company has done extensive analysis of its drill results and has interfaced these with the area's most detailed VMS survey. This data outlines drill targets in VMS quantified anomalies from actual drill results. Combining this exploration information with insight and interpretation from both Claude Durocher, P. Geo. and Joe Campbell, P. Geo. gives MacDonald's the necessary impetus for immediate exploration.

Exploration Budget - $675,000
The drill targets are identified and the Corporation will move forward to raise the necessary funds to support the outlined exploration program comprised of ground geophysics and approximately 1200 meters scheduled to commence on our MacNugget Property in early 2006. We will continue to utilize the First Nations Community of Webequie as a staging area as this offers us the most convenient and efficient operational mode. Richard Schler, Vice President & CFO stated "we are not pleased with the current share price and feel it is undervalued given the exploration results to-date and the quality of our targets". In an effort to minimize dilution we are proceeding with only securing sufficient financing to support exploration on the MacNugget Property. We are taking the position that once we achieve positive results from this phase, the stock price will improve and we will move quickly to raise additional funds to support further exploration on MacNugget as well as high priority VMS and Kimberlite targets identified on Big Mac.
