Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - November 3, 2015) - Aurvista Gold Corporation(TSXV: AVA) ("Aurvista" or the "Company") announces that Claude St. Jacques and Marc L'Heureux, President and Vice President of S.E.M Vior Inc. have resigned from the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. St. Jacques and Mr. L'Heureux for their guidance, determination and expertise which were all crucial moving the Douay Gold Project forward.

Aurvista's only asset is the Douay Gold Project, consisting of 221 wholly owned claims totaling approximately 11,430 hectares.
