VANCOUVER, Dec. 14 /CNW/ - Moncoa Corporation (TSX-V: MON) announces that further to receiving approval by shareholders to proceed with the RTO and the acquisition of the Selinsing Gold Project as announced on November 3, 2006, the date for the transaction to close has been extended up to March 15, 2007.
The TSX Venture Exchange has in no way passed upon the merits of the
proposed transaction and has neither approved nor disapproved the
contents of this news release.
