McCoy Global Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

EDMONTON, May 15, 2015/CNW/ -McCoy GlobalInc. ("McCoy" or "the Company") (TSX:MCB; OTCQB:MCCRF) today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend payment of $0.05per common share payable on June 11, 2015to shareholders of record on May 28, 2015. The dividend per common share is unchanged from the prior quarter regular dividend and is an "eligible" dividend for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial/territorial legislation.
