McCoy Global Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

EDMONTON, March 11, 2015/CNW/ - McCoy GlobalInc. ("McCoy" or "the Company") (TSX:MCB; OTCQB:MCCRF) today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend payment of $0.05per common share payable on April 13, 2015to shareholders of record on March 27, 2015. The dividend per common share is unchanged from the prior quarter regular dividend and is an "eligible" dividend for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial/territorial legislation.
