McCoy Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

EDMONTON, Dec. 10, 2013/CNW/ - McCoy Corporation ("McCoy" or "the Corporation") (TSX:MCB) (OTCQX:MCCRF), a supplier of innovative products and services for the global energy industry, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend payment of $0.05per common share payable on December 31, 2013to shareholders of record on December 20, 2013. The dividend per common share is unchanged from the prior quarter regular dividend and is an "eligible" dividend for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial/territorial legislation.
