Company continues to add to their Bitcoin position using existing cash on their balance sheet.

(CSE: PXI; OTC: PNXPF; Frankfurt: P6U1) ("Planet Ventures" or the "Company"), an investment issuer focused on technology and digital assets, is pleased to announce that it has capitalized on the recent pullback in Bitcoin prices by acquiring an additional 3.10108521 Bitcoin for a total purchase price of CAD $500,000, funded from its existing cash reserves.

In total, the Company now holds 22.81296346 Bitcoin .

On June 26 th , Planet bought 3.40669032 Bitcoin for CAD$500,000 which would equate to 1.65 Satoshis per share. Since this purchase, the Company’s Satoshis per share has increased over 6.70X or 570%.

Planet’s fully diluted shares outstanding has 206,195,672.
