(the "Company") – Further to Bulletin #2016-0279 dated March 23, 2016TSX is now reviewing the common shares and warrants (Symbol: MBC and MBC.WT) (collectively the "Securities") of the Company with respect to meeting the requirements for continued listing pursuant to the Expedited Review Process. The Securities are currently halted from trading due to the imposition of a Cease Trade Order by the Ontario Securities Commission. Additionally, the Securities are suspended from trading.
