HPQ Silicon Announces Change of Auditor

MONTREAL, Oct. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HPQ Silicon Inc.(“HPQ” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: HPQ, OTCQB:HPQFF, FRA:O08), a technology company focused on innovation in advanced materials and critical process technologies announces, that Forvis Mazars S.E.N.C.R.L. (the “Former Auditor”) resigned as the Company’s independent auditor, on its own initiative, effective October 9, 2026.

The Company’s board of directors and audit committee have accepted the resignation. HPQ is actively seeking a successor auditor and will issue a further news release once an appointment has been made.

There were no reportable events, as defined in National Instrument 51-102 — Continuous Disclosure Obligations, in connection with the change of auditor.
