("Dynacor") on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), Dynacor is pleased to confirm the appointment of the following senior management officers: Jean Martineau, President and CEO, Pierre Monet, Vice President and CFO and Ivan Quiroz, Vice President Operations, Peru.
The Company's Board of Directors is made up of 7 members, namely: Jean Martineau (Chairman), Rene Branchaud (Secretary), Fernand LeFrancois, Ivan Quiroz and three independent Directors Dr. Richard DeVitre, Denis Lachance P.Eng. and Renald Marchand.
