Sienna Extends Warrant Term

CALGARY, Sept. 27 /CNW/ - Sienna Gold Inc. (SGP.V TSX Venture Exchange) (the "Corporation") announces that it has, subject to regulatory approval, agreed to extend the expiration date of warrants issued on November 1, 2006 pursuant to a Short Form Offering, from November 1, 2007 to November 1, 2008. A total of 2,802,200 warrants were issued and each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share at $0.90 per share subject to the right of the Corporation to accelerate the expiry date in certain circumstances.
