VANCOUVER, April 8 /CNW/ - OSI Geospatial Inc. ("the Company") (TSX Venture: OSI) today announced the resignation of Mr. Raymond Johnston as Director and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Company effective April 11, 2011. Mr. Johnston has served on the Board since November 2000.
The Company will announce the appointment of a new Chair following a Board meeting to be held Tuesday, April 12, 2011.
