MONTREAL, Dec. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - Amex Exploration Inc. reports its intent to undertake a non-brokered private placement with independent investors.
This placement consists of a maximum of 150 A units for gross proceeds to the Company of a maximum of $150,000. The A unit price is $1,000 and each unit will consist of 1,875 Common Flow-Through Shares at $0.40 per share, 625 Common Shares at $0.40 per share. The proceeds of this placement shall be used for exploration activities on Perron and Normetal properties and for general purposes.
