(FLX :TSXV and F7E : Frankfurt) is pleased to inform shareholders that as of today July 11, 2006, Mr. Ike Osmani is appointed Vice-President Exploration of Fieldex Exploration Inc. Mr. Osmani has explored for nickel-copper, precious and base metal deposits throughout Canada and overseas for 25 years. Mr. Osmani spent the last five years as a consulting geologist, project manager and exploration manager with Aurora Platinum Corporation, LakeShore Gold Corporation and Superior Diamonds Corporation. He was also Vice President Exploration for Pebble Creek Resources of Canada from November 2005 to June 2006. With Fieldex's successful exploration results and recent acquisitions, Mr. Osmani's expertise will be of immediate and significant value to our Company.
