Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 19, 2015) - Lupaka Gold Corp.("Lupaka Gold" or the "Company") (TSXV: LPK) (BVL: LPK) (FRA: LQP) announces that, effective immediately, Gordon L. Ellis, Chairman, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and President of the Company, replacing Eric Edwards. Mr. Edwards will remain as a director of the Company.
Mr. Ellis is a co-founder and the largest shareholder of Lupaka Gold, and has been involved in the mining industry since the 1960's. In that time, he has been directly involved in the financing and construction of several mine sites and processing plants and is looking forward to doing the same with Lupaka.
