The company issued 1,382,500 non-flow-through units at $0.10 per unit, generating $138,250 in gross proceeds. CEO Malcolm Dorsey highlighted the funding's role in advancing the Filion Gold Project in northern Ontario, where recent surveys indicate strong discovery potential. Warrants from the offering are exercisable at $0.20 per share until Feb. 5, 2027, with an acceleration clause.
