VANCOUVER, Aug. 18, 2017/CNW/ -Helio Resource Corp (TSX-V: HRC), ("Helio" or the "Company") reports that it has received notice from Shanta Goldthat Shanta has terminated the arrangement agreement previously announced on June 20, 2017.
Shanta cites changes to the Mining Law introduced by the President of Tanzaniaon July 10as the basis for the termination.
The Company will seek legal advice before commenting further.
