Ultra Lithium Begins Trading Under New Symbol

Vancouver, B.C., September 3, 2009 – Ultra Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: ULI) (“Ultra Lithium” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has changed its name from Jantar Resources Ltd. to Ultra Lithium Inc. The Company will commence trading under its new name and symbol, ULI, at the opening on Friday, September 4, 2009. There is no consolidation of share capital. The Company plans to launch its new website www.ultralithium.com at the end of September.
Additionally, the Company announces an extension to the term of stock options granted to officers, directors, employees and consultants of the Company. The new expiry dates of 250,000 and 1,825,000 stock options are March 17, 2016 and May 12, 2018 respectively. The original expiry dates were March 17, 2011 and May 12, 2013 respectively.
