Montreal, Quebec, May 30, 2012 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that a 2000 meter drill program has commenced on its Moose Lake phosphate project located 100 km North of Chicoutimi, Quebec. The program has been designed to test the anomaly over a 2 km strike length in an attempt to delineate a near surface mineral resource on the project.
Last winter diamond drill program outlined two phosphate bearing mineralized zones. The first zone is found from surface to a depth of 25 m grading approximately 5% P2O5 while the second zone (4% P2O5) is embedded at an average depth of 60 m. The two zones seem to join together for a thickness of 70 m as illustrated by Hole LO-12-03.
A sampling program covering part of the area was recently completed and the Company is waiting for the results from the laboratory.
Gilles Laverdiere, P.Geo., a qualified person according to the NI 43-101 disclosing standards, is supervising the drilling program and has reviewed and approved the technical content presented herein.
