Stellar announces a private placement of a maximum of $800,000

LAVAL, April 13 /CNW/ - Stellar Pacific Ventures inc. announces a non brokerage private placement of a minimum of $200,000 and a maximum of $800,000 by way of an offering memorandum.
The private placement will consist in the issuance of :

(a) a maximum of 600 A units at the cost of $1,000 per unit. Each A unit comprises 3,200 flow-through common shares, 1,000 common shares and 1,000 purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles its holder to subscribe for one common share at the exercise price of $0.25 per share for a period of 12 months; and
(b) a maximum of 200 B units at the cost of $1,000 per unit. Each B unit comprises 5,000 common shares and 5,000 purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles its holder to subscribe for one common share at the exercise price of $0.25 per share for a period of 12 months.

The proceeds of this financing will be used on exploration programs and working capital. The company intends to close a first tranche of the financing next week.
