MONTREAL, May 8, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Komet Manufacturers Inc. (TSXV: AQD) ("Komet") announces that, after being authorized by the TSX Venture Exchange, it has sold its remaining inventory to Aquadis International Inc. and has terminated its lease with Aquadis Group Inc. pursuant to the terms and conditions of its May 3, 2012 press release.
