CALGARY, June 2, 2017/CNW/ - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium" or the "Company") (TSX: SUM) today announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held June 1, 2017in Calgary, Alberta.
A total of 33,426,179 common shares were voted in connection with the meeting, representing approximately 66.43% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forward at the meeting, including the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors and the election of all director nominees. The votes in respect of the election of directors were as follows:
