TORONTO, June 27 /CNW/ - The board of Woodruff Capital Management Inc. (WOO - TSX-V) is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting on June 24, 2005, Mr. Stephen Lidsky and Mr. Vincent O'Meara were appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Lidsky is a Mortgage Consultant with the Ontario Wealth Management Corporation. Mr. O'Meara is the President and co-founder of INSTADEBIT Services Inc., a private online payment processing firm. Mr. Lidsky and Mr. O'Meara bring a wealth of financial experience to the Company. The foregoing is subject to approval of applicable regulatory authorities, as required.
