Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc.: Directors' Dealing

LONDON, March 6 /CNW/ - Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc. (the "Company") (TSX:UME) (LSE:UGY) announces that it has today received notice that Tony Shearer, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will be transferring 435,833 Common Shares in the Company to Jennifer Shearer as part of a divorce settlement.
Following this transfer, Mr Shearer will have an interest in 445,834 Common Shares representing 0.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
