Bengal Energy Ltd. Announces Director Resignation

May 13, 2010 (Canada NewsWire Group) -- Bengal Energy Ltd. ("Bengal") (TSX: BNG) announces that Judy Striplinghas resigned from Bengal's Board of Directors effective May 12, 2010. Ms. Striplinghas determined that due to increased responsibilities in her current role as Chief Financial Officer of a TSX listed company she is no longer able to devote time on external Boards.
