Tiex Inc. announces amended exercise price of directors' options

KELOWNA, BC, April 22 /CNW/ - Tiex Inc. (the "Corporation" - TSX Venture "TIX") announces that it proposes to amend the exercise price of options to purchase total of 852,422 Common Shares from $0.50 to $0.18 for options previously granted to its directors. The proposed amendment requires shareholder approval, which approval will be sought at the next annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Corporation.
